I ordered a bracelet on Black Friday but it came with on of the stones fallen out. I emailed them and they responded in a few hours telling me that they can send another one or give me store credit. Super helpful and very great customer service!

Despite the great quality of the products, unfortunately my bracelet broke after more than two years, losing the logo pendant. The customer service was impeccable though, they immediately answered my claim and told me I could either get a replacement or store credit. I chose the store credit and they immediately sent me the gift code. 100% recommended.
